Professors Chris Walter and Michael Troxel start their terms as the Chair and the Associate Chair of the Physics department. Congratulations to them both and wishing both of them all the best in their new leadership roles.

Duke Cosmology Group members held a watch party at the Wallace Wade football stadium to celebrate the reveal of the first look images from NSF-DOE Vera C. Rubin Observatory. Members of the Duke community interested in space studies joined the group in the celebration, along with the members of the local media.
